An Assistant Professor at the Institute of Psychology of the Polish Academy of Sciences and Principal Investigator of an NCN PRELUDIUM project. Her research interests focus on intergroup relations, social identification, and the mechanisms sustaining gender inequality. In her work, she examines the role of science skepticism, conspiracy beliefs, and hostile attitudes toward women in shaping perceptions of social groups. She specializes in combining qualitative and quantitative methods, investigating how gender stereotypes, perceived threat, and gender-related ideologies influence the perception of others and the maintenance of social hierarchies.
